RAAO will walk you through the process of applying for the West Volusia Health Card. Most low income residents qualify!

RAAO is here to support our local community with many services available - FREE HIV TESTING & COUNSELING, WVHA APPLICATIONS, ACCESS FLORIDA APPLICATIONS, AND MORE!

Know Your status
Percentage of those aged 18-64 that have taken an HIV test.
knowledge is power
Percentage of people with HIV and do not know it.
Protect yourself
Percentage of those between 13 - 18 years old that have had sex without a condom in the last month.
Take care of your health
Percentage of those that are newly diagnosed with HIV are not receiving health care.
